The advertisement on the blog coltellimania.com appeared and some users asked me in private why advertising on the blog and I want to explain the reason in this pill of the day.
Like everything even if it seems free it is not.
The coltellimania.com project
To make a blog like coltellimania.com you need money and advertising is a way to be able to manage the out-of-pocket expenses that there are for the domain, the various applications necessary to build it, etc.
I do not tell you about the time it takes to do the research, photos, videos and the text contained in the various articles that translate into hours of work to create posts that I hope are useful to you and that are usable for free.
And that is why there is advertising and that is why I ask for a voluntary contribution of an offer that many users make and I thank you because it is really appreciated.
I understand that advertising and banners can cause you a bit of trouble in reading the blog but for me they are useful to be able to manage the expenses of this editorial project that you receive for free but that has a development cost as well as a personal commitment.
Nothing is free
If you want to contribute to the project it is enough when you see an advertisement that interests you click the banner to go through the blog to the link of your interest (only if it is of interest to you) instead of looking for it later with the search engine because in this way looking for something useful for you also helps the coltellimania project to support the costs.
So even if you see some advertising try to understand that with the clicks on the banners that interest you I finance the blog and in any case I hope that some banner does not bother you in reading.
What matters to me and what I hope, is that the contents are interesting for those who have a passion for blades and that they can help both makers and knife enthusiasts to better understand the value and research behind a “simple” knife.
Whether you are a collector, an enthusiast, a maker, a cook, a hiker, a scout, a prepper, a survivalists, etc.
Happy reading!
Andrea
